3535 N. PULASKI A community meeting was held on December 14, 2006. Residents were able to review the plans of the proposed development of a 3-story building with 4-5 residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and 2 residential units and 1-2 commercial units on the 1st floor for a total of 10 residential units and 1 commercial unit of approximately 1,700 sq. ft or 2 commercial units of approximately 850 sq. ft. In order to build, a zoning change form B3-1 to B2-3 will be required. Garage parking will be available for - 9 residential, 1 commercial and 1 handicap. Security cameras will be installed in the garage. Cameras for front entry and cameras for the exterior will be installed. Diagonal parking on The two, 2-bedroom CPAN units on the 1st floor will be handicap accessible and they will be in complete compliance with ADA approval. These two units will be approximately 950 sq. ft. each. The larger units will be approximately 1,200-1,600 sq. ft. This project will include a roof deck and two full height enclosed start entry/exits to the roof. They are looking into applying for a green roof. ![]() 3535 N.
