3410 - 3420 N. Milwaukee A community meeting was held on November 29, 2006 for the proposed development of a 54-unit with commercial storefronts. A zoning change from a C1-2 to B2-3 will be needed. At the community meeting, several concerns were voiced. The following is the response to these issues.
There will be eight (8) CPAN units.
Yes.
There will be security cameras on the exterior of the property. In particular, the parking area and front of the building.
The walkway between the buildings is approximately 3 feet and will be blocked off to the public for security purposes.
The rear bricks will be treated for easier graffiti removal.
Aluminum frames for windows. Kitchens will have granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Alderman Reboyras has requested a traffic study addressing this concern.
